To schedule an appointment or complimentary consultation please call (973) 324-9455. If you need to cancel an appointment we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

We do bill insurance companies for medical or reconstructive consultations.

We do accept insurances out-of-network for medical procedures. Please check with your insurance company to see your out-of-network rates, deductible and if the procedure is covered prior to coming to office.
