He is kind, caring, and approachable, and his entire team has been wonderful. I’m now two months post-op, and I’m very happy with his work and the care I’ve received. What stands out most is how attentive he is throughout recovery. He follows up closely and makes sure you’re healing well and feeling supported. Even while he was away over the weekend, he responded to my email within minutes when I had a concern. His team scheduled a follow-up for Monday so he could check on me in person. I felt truly cared for and supported. I’m so glad my friend recommended him, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lalla and his team!

Dr. Lalla restored my health and well-being. In January, I underwent a breast revision surgery in Florida with a different plastic surgeon. However, three weeks after the surgery, my incision began to open, and my implant became infected. It was a harrowing experience, and despite my preference for the other surgeon, the post-operative care was inadequate. I couldn’t communicate with the surgeon, and text messages were often unanswered. Consequently, I had to fly back for an emergency surgery to remove one of my implants. This incident prompted me to avoid having the same surgeon replace and revise my next implants, as I was now left with only one implant and another removed. I visited several surgeons in New Jersey and met Gina and Dr. Lalla. I instantly felt a connection with them. He’s down-to-earth, direct, and informed me that I could have my revision in three months. We discussed various aspects of the procedure, including the implants I chose (Motiva), the day of surgery, and the most crucial question I had: how my post-operative care would be. Gina provided me with her cell phone number and email, assuring me that they would address all my questions and concerns post-surgery. I’m incredibly grateful that this promise was fulfilled. The hospital was exceptional, and the care I received from Dr. Lalla and Gina was top-notch. They understood the challenges I had faced and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Scheduling appointments was hassle-free, and everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Lalla and his team. Dr. Lalla is incredible. He not only does incredible work but also is genuinely an authentically very caring. There is no one else I would ever trust to perform an aesthetic procedure on my body. Having witnessed him firsthand operate in the OR on medical missions as well as having been a patient of his intermittently for 16 years I can attest to his laser focus, attention to detail and genuine concern for the patient. Dr. Lalla goes above and beyond, does not overcharge and is highly responsive. He is simply the best!
