I went for a consultation with Dr. Lalla because I’m planning to have surgery soon, and I wanted to make sure I was in good hands. From the very first moment, Dr. Lalla explained everything clearly and patiently, without rushing me at all. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident about the entire process. You can tell that Dr. Lalla truly cares about his patients and takes his work very seriously. On top of being an excellent professional, Dr. Lalla is an incredibly kind and genuine person. That makes a huge difference when you’re trusting someone with something so important. I’ll be having my surgery with Dr. Lalla soon, and I feel completely confident. I highly recommend him.

The surgical facility and staff were also amazing; the entire team was warm, attentive, and highly professional, which made me feel safe, calm, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. On the day of the procedure and throughout my recovery, I felt supported and in great hands the entire time. Most importantly, my results completely surpassed my expectations. The outcome is beautiful, balanced, and most of all very natural, which is exactly what I was hoping for. No one can tell I had anything done people just say I look refreshed, confident, and glowing. His attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. If you are looking for a talented, careful surgeon with exceptional bedside manner and a wonderful team, I recommend them without hesitation. I am beyond happy with my decision and would absolutely trust him again.
