This was the most blessed and wonderful experience. The staff is caring and attentive from start to finish. It was never about just taking the money and doing a procedure, but what I wanted, realistic expectations… and this was very much exceeded. They are real supporters and cheerleaders in your process. The after care was especially thankful as i had a few difficulties and hiccups in my healing. Everyone was available and collaborated to ensure that I was comfortable and well. The staff is always nice, full of smiles, and caring. Nurse Gina made sure that I knew that she was available. Dr. Lalla himself kept seeing me very often until all was really well. Oh, and getting you back into your faja after the appointment was faster than lightning… she has the best hands ever! This practice is a plus and highly recommended.
